We understand that the lending process can be time consuming.  To expedite your loan application, we have compiled a business resource page for our customers.  It is designed to help you through the lending process and get your business off to a great start.

Washington County Bank can tailor loans to fit the needs of each individual borrower.  There are, however, some basic requirements that all banks expect before giving consideration to business loans.  By completing the following steps, you'll be ahead of the curve in securing your loan:

  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Financial History - Last three years of personal & business taxes or accountant prepared financials

  • Business Plan - Should include projections for new venture
