Getting Started with 24-hour Touch-tone Banking

1.  Gather Washington County Bank account numbers

2.  Dial 24-hour Touch-tone Banking at (402) 426-8000

You will be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number AND your 5-8 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).  

3.  If this is your first time calling you will need the following information available:

Social Security Number (last 4 digits)
Day of Birth (2 digits)
Year of Birth (last 2 digits)
Home phone or Cell phone number
A passcode of your choice
          5-8 digits in length
          No sequential digits such as "12345" or "54321"
          No consecutive digits such as "11111"

One passcode will access all of your Washington County Bank accounts.  Accounts that are owned jointly should be enrolled individually by each owner.  For security purposes you should not share passcodes with other account owners.
