Commercial Accounts

Our business checking accounts can accommodate high or low volume usage.  As your business grows, you have the option of moving to a higher volume account where service charges may be waived.  Either of the following accounts can be customized to have check images returned to you on paper or disk form.

Corporate Checking

The higher volume business account rewards your business for maintaining a targeted balance, which can potentially offset your monthly service charges and provide you with an earnings credit. (Your earnings credit is based on your monthly average available balance.)  The account analysis is based on a standard calculation that monitors your transactional usage and will determine whether service charges apply. (Maintenance fees and item charges are listed below.)

• Checks/debits - $0.12
• Deposits/credits - $0.12
• Deposited item fees:
  • Foreign Deposit fee - $0.07
  • On Us Deposit fee - $0.04
• Earnings factor - based on market rates

Small Business Checking

This account is designed for the business owner who has fewer monthly transactions and maintains a lower average balance. Your monthly account maintenance is FREE with a $1,200 minimum daily balance. (A $6.00 monthly fee applies only when the balance falls below the minimum.)

• Your first 40 debits and 80 deposit items are FREE. (Fees listed below apply to each item exceeding the activity limit.)
• Checks/debits - $0.12

ACH

Send or receive funds with the convenience of ACH transfers. Washington County Bank can provide you with the tools to originate ACH transactions from your place of business or file the transfers for you. Call our Account Processing department for more details.
